1- Como foi o início de sua carreira?
Minha carreira começou tarde apesar de muito cedo já me dedicar a pintura, ao desenho e viver a arte que me caia nas mãos. Às vezes, fazemos algumas escolhas que nos desviam do caminho nos distanciando de nossos sonhos. No fim das contas, tudo o que foi vivido, entretanto, se transformou em aprendizado e experiência. Ai começa a mágica da vida e a mesma vida que nos afastou parece mostrar o caminho na hora certa, ainda bem que essa hora chegou.
2- Como é a sua arte de uma Maneira geral?
Estou sempre procurando idealizar cenários e personagens surreais alinhados com a tecnologia cada vez mais avançada e acelerada. Tento transmitir mensagens subliminares através desse contexto.
Como desenvolveu seu estilo?
Trabalhei muitos anos com propaganda, minha formação é publicitária e, além disso, sempre me interessei pela arte em seu aspecto histórico e prático. Fiz cursos de desenho de modelo vivo, teoria das cores mas o que sempre me fascinou foi o surrealismo, a ficção científica e a beleza feminina, acredito que embaralhei as coisas e o resultado você pode ver no meu trabalho.

3- Nós sabemos que a arte tem, por uma de suas metas, refletir o contexto social de sua época. Como ela se caracteriza nos tempos atuais e o que estaria refletindo sobre o mundo em que vivemos?
Alguns conceitos sobre liberdade, ciência, amor, diversidade, espiritualidade, entre outros, são questionados ou destacados nos meus trabalhos. Da forma que vejo, essa contemporaneidade reflete profundamente meu pensamento e ideais. Não é um trabalho político mas sim uma janela de reflexão, um portal que liberta o pensamento e faz a alma viajar.
O homem sempre precisou da arte para alimentar sua essência, seja ela de forma crítica, lúdica ou simplesmente expressar a beleza. O que o mundo vê é sua mensagem e é essa mensagem que gostaria de refletir no universo.
4- O que você acha que é preciso para compor uma grande obra?
Mas o que é uma grande obra? É aquela que nos encanta e nos afeta ou aquela que vale uma fortuna? Na verdade, não tenho um conceito preconcebido para esta questão. Acredito que uma grande obra é aquela que o artista coloca sua alma e podemos percebê-la, coloca sua vida e podemos vive-la, coloca seu amor e podemos senti-lo. Simples assim.

5- Qual obra sua você destacaria como um marco na sua vida artística?
Todas as minhas obras são feitas com o mesmo intento, a mesma vontade e dedicação, nem todas acertamos como gostaríamos porém, existe uma que me introduziu no mundo digital, a primeira que fiz em um computador. Talvez não fosse tecnicamente perfeita, mas era o recomeço em outra plataforma e foi ela, entre outras, que por ser reconhecida, me motivou a continuar, estudar mais, e aperfeiçoar minha técnica e conhecimento. Essa obra chama-se “Nudez” e foi exposta na minha primeira exposição 3D na galeria da UpTime Art Gallery. Uma experiência inesquecível.
6- Quais são suas referências?
Alguns artistas e ilustradores me influenciaram bastante como; Escher, Alfonse Mucha, Dali, o mestre Van Gogh e recentemente, Frank Frazetta, Boris Valejo e muitos outros mais. Acredito que cada artista contribui para essa identidade com ideias, conhecimento e inspiração.

7- Qual mensagem você deixa para um aspirante?
Falo isso de coração aberto e alma lavada. Nunca desistam, não esmoreçam, não parem de viver a arte, toda ela será referência em sua vida, estude arte, beba arte, almoce arte, faça arte, sonhe arte.
Não façam pelo dinheiro, se fizerem com amor e dedicação, terão o reconhecimento merecido.
Como disse no início, comecei tarde por mil razões mas nunca desisti ou deixei a arte de lado. Hoje, vivo a realização de tudo que imaginei e tenho que continuar fazendo isso, acreditando, aprendendo e transformando telas em mensagens ou registros alucinantes. Digitais ou não.

1- How was the beginning of your career?
My career started late, although very early on I dedicated myself to painting, drawing and breathing every art that I could get my hands on. Sometimes we make some choices that lead us astray away from our dreams. In the end, everything that was lived, however, turned into learning and experience. Then, begins the magic of life and the same life that took us away seems to show the way at the right time, I'm glad that time has come.
2 - How does your art work in general?
I'm always looking to idealize surreal scenarios and characters in line with increasingly advanced and accelerated technology. I try to convey subliminal messages through that context.
3 - We know that art has, as one of its goals, to reflect the social context of its time. How is it characterized nowadays and what would it be reflecting on the world we live in? Some concepts about freedom, science, love, diversity, spirituality, among others, are questioned or highlighted in my works. As I see it, this contemporaneity deeply reflects my thinking and ideals. It is not a political work, but a window of reflection, a portal that frees thought and makes the soul travel. Man has always needed art to feed his essence, be it critical, playful or simply to express beauty. What the world sees is your message and it is this message that you would like to reflect in the universe.
4 - What do you think it takes to compose a great work? But what is a great work? Is it the one that enchants and affects us or the one that is worth a fortune? In fact, I don't have a preconceived concept for this question. I believe that a great work is one where the artist puts his soul and we can perceive it, puts his life and we can live it, puts his love and we can feel it. Simple as that.
5 - Which work of yours would you highlight as a milestone in your artistic life? All of my works are made with the same intent, the same will and dedication, not all of them get it right as we would like, however, there is one that introduced me to the digital world, the first one I did on a computer. Maybe it wasn't technically perfect, but it was a fresh start on another platform and it was her, among others, that, for being recognized, motivated me to continue, study more, and improve my technique and knowledge. This work is called “Nudez” and was exhibited in my first 3D exhibition at the Up Time Art Gallery. An unforgettable experience.
6 - What are your references? Some artists and illustrators have influenced me a lot like; Escher, Alfonse Mucha, Dali, the master Van Gogh and recently, Frank Frazetta, Boris Valejo and many others. I believe that each artist contributes to this identity with ideas, knowledge and inspiration.
7 - What message do you leave for an aspirant? I say this with an open heart and clean soul. Never give up, don't give up, don't stop living art, all of it will be a reference in your life, study art, drink art, lunch art, make art, dream art. Don't do it for the money, if you do it with love and dedication, you will get the recognition you deserve. As I said at the beginning, I started late for a thousand reasons but I never gave up or put art aside. Today, I live the realization of everything I imagined and I have to keep doing it, believing, learning and transforming screens into mind-blowing messages or records. Digital or not. Whatever you want to be, believe in yourself!
