1- Como nasceu o interesse de Cirlete Knupp, pela arte?
A princípio por orientação médica, para tratar a depressão de alguns anos atrás.
2- Quais são suas influências?
Não tive influências na família nem com pessoas próximas. Mas tive uma professora que admiro muito: Fátima Gomes. Fui aluna dela por pouco tempo, mas sua paixão pela arte me motivou a continuar a pintar, cada vez que queria desistir.
3- Qual mensagem você passa com o seu trabalho?
A mensagem que passo com meu trabalho é que arte é vida, é saúde física e mental, como terapia, é auto conhecimento, liberdade de expressão , é alegria, boas energias.
4- Quais os desafios que você vivencia em sua carreira?
É o desafio de ser reconhecida como artista, de entrar no mercado da arte e poder viver da minha arte, do meu trabalho.
5- O contato com a arte mudou a sua forma de ver a vida?
O contato com a arte mudou meu modo de “sentir” a vida, de abrir os olhos e ver arte por toda parte, de prestar atenção nos mínimos detalhes da natureza, da infinidade de cores e espécies que existem. Aprendi a refletir mais, a ser mais criativa e expressiva, a dominar meus momentos de angústia.
6- Qual mensagem está por trás de seu trabalho?
Eu busco passar através das cores, vibrações positivas, flexibilidade, sensibilidade, interação. Acredito que para cada observador a mensagem seja diferente. Eu deposito muitos sentimentos, momentos meus, sensibilidades, mas nem tudo consigo explicar com palavras.
7- O que há de mais gratificante em ser artista?
O mais gratificante para um artista (falando de mim), é quando uma obra é terminada e eu me sinto nela, e quando o observador se identifica com ela, sente a energia e vontade de possuir a tela que pintei.

1) How was Cirlete Knupp's interest in art born?
At first by medical advice, to treat depression from a few years ago.
2) What are your influences? I had no influences in the family or close people. But I had a teacher that I really admire: Fátima Gomes. I was a student of her for a short time, but her passion for art motivated me to continue painting, every time I wanted to give up.
3) What message do you send with your work? The message that I pass on with my work is that art is life, it is physical and mental health, like therapy, it is self-knowledge, freedom of expression, it is joy, good energies.
4) What challenges do you experience in your career? It's the challenge of being recognized as an artist, of entering the art market and being able to live of my art, my work.
5) Has your contact with art changed your way of seeing life? The contact with art changed my way of “feeling” life, of opening my eyes and seeing art everywhere, of paying attention to the smallest details of nature, of the infinity of colors and species that exist. I learned to reflect more, to be more creative and expressive, to master my moments of anguish.
6) What message is behind your work? I seek to pass through colors, positive vibrations, flexibility, sensitivity, interaction. I believe that for each observer the message is different. I deposit a lot of feelings, moments of mine, sensibilities, but I can't explain everything with words.
7) What is most rewarding about being an artist? The most gratifying thing for an artist (speaking of me) is when a work is finished and I feel myself in it, and when the viewer identifies with it, they feel the energy and desire to own the canvas I painted.
